Legal
Terms of Service
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and the individual operator of ObiDoge Exchange (the “Operator”) concerning OBEX, exchange.obidoge.xyz, and related services (the “Service”). ObiDoge Exchange is an independently operated service and is not a separate legal entity. Contact the Operator through the Contact page.
By creating an account, accessing an authenticated feature, depositing, requesting a withdrawal, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and use the Service only where lawful. You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions, located or ordinarily resident where the Service or a transaction is prohibited, or acting for a prohibited person. You are responsible for continuously ensuring that your use is lawful.
You must provide accurate account information. You may not impersonate another person, evade controls, conceal beneficial ownership, use stolen funds, launder proceeds, finance unlawful activity, manipulate markets, spoof, wash trade, disrupt the Service, test vulnerabilities without permission, or use the Service for fraud or any unlawful purpose.
The Operator may require identity, source-of-funds, sanctions, geographic, tax, or other compliance information and may refuse registration, restrict functions, hold or reject a transaction, or close an account when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, investigation, maintenance, or risk management.
2. Account security
You are responsible for your password, email account, Authenticator, recovery codes, API keys, devices, and authenticated instructions. Use unique credentials and available security protections. Never disclose passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, private keys, or seed phrases. Report suspected compromise through the Contact page promptly. Except where applicable law provides otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for loss caused by your failure to secure credentials, email, devices, or third-party accounts.
3. Digital assets and custody
The Service may receive, hold, record, transfer, and facilitate trading of supported digital assets. Availability is asset-, network-, market-, and account-specific and may change. A displayed balance is an internal ledger claim—not a bank deposit, security account, or government-insured balance. Digital assets are not protected by FDIC or SIPC insurance.
Never send an unsupported asset, token, network, contract, memo format, or transaction type to an address shown by the Service. Such assets may be permanently lost and recovery is not guaranteed. The Service does not promise segregated on-chain addresses, continuous access, or support for forks, airdrops, staking rewards, rebases, migrations, or mistakenly sent assets.
4. Deposits and withdrawals
A blockchain broadcast or confirmation does not by itself require a credit. Credits depend on detection, required confirmations, supported format, minimums, reconciliation, compliance review, and system health. Confirmations can be reversed. The Operator may increase confirmation requirements, hold a deposit, or correct duplicate or erroneous credits.
Withdrawals are irreversible after broadcast. You alone must verify the destination, asset, network, recipient requirements, and the destination platform's minimum. “Recipient receives” excludes the separately displayed fee; “total deducted” is the total removed from your balance. A destination may reject, delay, or decline a valid transfer. Minimums and fees shown at confirmation apply. An unbroadcast withdrawal may be delayed or cancelled for security, compliance, reserve, node, network, reconciliation, or maintenance reasons.
5. Trading
Trading is available only for markets shown as active. Orders are subject to precision, minimum base amount, minimum quote value, fees, available balance, market controls, and matching rules. An order is not guaranteed to be accepted, executed, liquid, cancellable, or settled at an expected price. Orders can fill before cancellation takes effect.
You must review the side, pair, price, amount, total, fee, and account mode. The Operator may reject, cancel, unwind, or correct activity affected by a clear technical error, duplicate processing, unauthorized conduct, market abuse, or legal requirement while preserving auditable evidence where practicable. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice or a guarantee.
6. Fees, taxes, and changes
You authorize disclosed fees. Fees may vary by asset, network, market, order type, or action and may change prospectively. You are solely responsible for taxes, reporting, records, and professional advice. The Operator may add, remove, pause, or change assets, networks, markets, limits, fees, controls, or features. Emergency changes may occur without advance notice.
7. Availability, suspension, and closure
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Maintenance, outages, defects, attacks, blockchain events, third-party failures, legal demands, or insufficient liquidity may interrupt or discontinue functions. The Operator does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent service.
The Operator may suspend or terminate access, cancel open orders, refuse instructions, or retain records to protect users or the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, investigate misuse, or manage risk. Closure does not erase blockchain transactions, ledgers, policy acceptances, security history, audit evidence, or required records. Supported remaining assets may be returned after verification, fees, minimums, restrictions, and technical feasibility; unsupported or dust balances may be unrecoverable.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and security. Digital assets can lose some or all value. Software, wallets, nodes, networks, smart contracts, issuers, exchanges, and counterparties can fail or be attacked.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator and every contributor, developer, maintainer, provider, volunteer, representative, and person involved with the Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profit, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, or savings; trading loss; market movement; third-party conduct; or loss caused by unsupported transfers, compromised user credentials, blockchain behavior, or unavailable services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for claims connected with the Service will not exceed the greater of fees you paid directly to the Service during the preceding six months or US$100. These limitations do not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
9. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator and persons involved with the Service from claims, losses, penalties, costs, and reasonable professional fees arising from your unlawful activity, breach, infringement, misuse, false information, tax obligations, or account instructions, except to the extent indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
10. Alabama law and disputes
Alabama law governs these Terms, except where federal or non-waivable law applies. Before filing a claim, both sides agree to attempt resolution for 30 days through the Contact page. State and federal courts located in Alabama have exclusive jurisdiction and venue except where applicable law provides a non-waivable forum.
11. Notices, updates, and general terms
You consent to electronic records and notices through the Service and your account email. Keep it current. Material policy changes may require affirmative reacceptance. If you reject an update, stop using the Service and request withdrawal or closure subject to applicable restrictions.
These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning the Service. An unenforceable provision will be limited to the minimum necessary without invalidating the remainder. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. Provisions that should survive termination do so. Questions and notices must be submitted through the Contact page unless applicable law requires another method.

Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how the individual Operator collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information through the Service. Submit privacy requests through the Contact page.
Information collected
- Account: email, status and role, password hash, email-verification status, and policy acceptances. Plaintext passwords are not stored.
- Security: session and CSRF tokens, API-key hashes and metadata, protected Authenticator information, recovery-code hashes, authentication events, IP address, user agent, timestamps, and security notices.
- Exchange activity: balances, ledgers, orders, fills, trades, fees, funding requests, deposits, withdrawals, wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, confirmations, and audits.
- Communications: information submitted through contact, support, account, or listing forms.
- Technical and public-chain data: service logs, errors, rate limits, alerts, node and wallet health, browser request details, addresses, token transfers, blocks, and public transactions.
Uses
Information is used to create and secure accounts; process transactions and instructions; detect fraud, abuse, sanctions risk, compromise, and failures; reconcile wallets and liabilities; maintain backups and audits; send security, transaction, support, and policy messages; comply with law; enforce the Terms; and improve reliability and security using minimized information.
The Service does not use account information for third-party behavioral advertising and does not sell or rent personal information for money. A material change will be disclosed and consent requested where legally required.
Disclosures and public blockchains
Information may be disclosed as reasonably necessary to infrastructure, hosting, email, security, anti-abuse, node, backup, and other providers; Cloudflare Turnstile on protected forms; public blockchains; destination providers; professional advisers; authorities or courts when required; or a permitted successor that assumes applicable obligations.
Public blockchains can permanently reveal addresses, amounts, timing, token contracts, and transaction relationships. The Operator cannot delete or control information written to a public blockchain or independently collected by others.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for account operation, security, fraud prevention, disputes, backup integrity, tax and financial records, and legal compliance. Completed ledgers, blockchain records, acceptances, administrator audits, and security evidence may be retained for an extended period or permanently where alteration would undermine integrity or legal evidence. Backups may retain deleted information until rotated.
The Service uses safeguards including encrypted transport, hashed credentials, protected authentication data, access controls, service isolation, rate limits, audit records, wallet protections, and backups. No system is completely secure, and unauthorized access or loss cannot be guaranteed never to occur.
Your choices, children, and geographic processing
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about disclosures through the Contact page. Verification may be required, and requests may be limited for financial integrity, security, fraud prevention, law, or others' rights. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.
Information may be processed where the Service or its providers operate. Third-party sites, wallets, exchanges, and explorers have their own policies. Material Policy changes may require notice or reacceptance; earlier versions and acceptance evidence may be retained.

Digital-Asset Risk Disclosure
You can rapidly and permanently lose some or all value. Do not deposit or trade assets you cannot afford to lose. This disclosure is significant but not exhaustive.
- Price and liquidity: prices may change sharply or reach zero; markets may be thin, manipulated, concentrated, or unavailable; orders may fill partially, at an unfavorable price, or not at all.
- Custody and counterparties: wallets, keys, people, infrastructure, service providers, solvency, theft, legal seizure, or operational error can delay or prevent recovery. Balances have no FDIC or SIPC insurance.
- Networks and protocols: reorganizations, forks, stalled finality, congestion, attacks, governance disputes, defects, upgrades, fee spikes, censorship, or failure can reverse or strand transactions.
- Tokens and contracts: vulnerabilities, issuer controls, freezes, blacklists, supply changes, upgrades, bridge dependencies, inaccurate metadata, or project failure can cause loss.
- Tempo USDT0: Tempo USDT0 is a token on a specific network and contract—not cash or a bank account. Stable value can break, and a destination supporting another USDT version may not support Tempo USDT0.
- Deposits: visible transactions may remain uncredited because of minimums, unsupported formats or networks, confirmations, review, or reconciliation. Small or incorrect deposits may be unrecoverable.
- Withdrawals: broadcast transfers are irreversible. Wrong destinations or networks can cause permanent loss. A destination can impose higher minimums, delay or refuse credit, or freeze assets.
- Technology and security: defects, malicious code, dependency compromise, attacks, phishing, malware, email or device compromise, API misuse, database or backup failure, power loss, and outages can interrupt service or cause loss.
- Authentication: instructions authenticated with your credentials may be treated as yours. Lost or compromised authentication can delay access or enable unauthorized activity.
- Law and regulation: classifications, licensing, sanctions, taxes, and enforcement can change. Authorities may restrict assets or services, require information, or freeze or seize assets.
- Operations and information: functions may be paused without notice. Other participants may manipulate markets or possess better information. Project, explorer, social-media, and price information may be inaccurate.
Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Listing or displaying an asset is not an endorsement. No return, redemption value, profit, liquidity, or withdrawal ability is guaranteed. By using the Service, you independently accept these and all reasonably connected risks. If you do not understand or cannot bear them, do not create an account, deposit, trade, or withdraw.
